This anime starts with an orphan guy who is a were tiger but doesn't know that. A handsome and perfect detective found out that he's the were tiger that haunted many people before and appeared in newspapers. The handsome detective named Dazai Osamu, took the were tiger named Atsushi Nakajima to Armed Detective Agency where is Dazai Osamu works.
This anime brings together the world's most famous novel writers like Fyodor Dostoevsky, Nikolai Gogol, Akutagawa Ryūnosuke and Dazai Osamu. Now let me introduce some characters to you in my POV: Atsushi Nakajima: a were tiger with a sad back story, I don't think he deserved to be one of the main characters. Dazai Osamu: a detective prodigy and a bit of an annoying person to be around but still handsome and smart. His super power is to neutralize super powers as long as he touches the owner of the super power. Ranpo Edogawa: He's also smart. He thinks that he has a super power but he doesn't have one. I can't give other characters in the anime because it would be much of a spoiler.
I can recommend you this anime because when you watch it - if you like detective stuffs- you get addicted to the anime.
